AWS2 Thomas Frawley, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25, search and rescue petty officer, is HSC-25’s search and rescue program manager responsible for training all the recuse swimmers at the command. He is very active with the community and is currently working with IBIKE, a non-profit organization collecting used bicycles on the island and distributing them to children for the holidays. Petty Officer Frawley is HSC-25's Search and Rescue program manager responsible for training all tha rescue swimmers at the command.

He is very active with the community and is currently working with IBIKE, a non-profit organization collecting ised bicycles on the island and distributing them to children for the holidays.

He is currently training for the upcoming Guam XTERRA race in April.

Frawleys enjoys mountain biking, swimming diving, triathlons and marathons.
