The Lady Seahawks have been doing spectacular with their victories against their opponents this soccer season.

At this time, they have five wins and one loss. We interviewed some girls from the team about their experiences this year.

“It takes an athlete to play soccer, but it takes an artist to be a soccer player,” said Aubreyana Esteves.

Esteves’ teammate Alyssa Lawry shared her idea.

“Soccer players are made of their passion of the game,” she said.

Soccer coach Theresa Graham said when a team player asks her if their opponent team is good she replies with the best answer she can give.

“In my opinion all teams are good, you just have to make the expectations and do a little bit better to win,” she said.

Before every game she tells the girls, “Take what you’ve learned and show it on the field.”

The Lady Seahawks have been doing great with all their success, she said. The girls’ soccer team has a lot of passion for what they love and live for.

“They win because they care.” a parent said. “The girls have been doing very well this season and hope to stay on that track. They’ve shown how much they care with their game play.”

Great job Lady Seahawks, keep it up!
