Fisherman’s Cove offers a unique blend of fine fish and seafood
Fisherman’s Cove at the Hilton Guam Resort & SPA offers a unique blend of fine fish and seafood with a “fish market”-like display that allows patrons to carefully select the expect cut or crustacean their hearts desire.
“We have a fish market where you have the ability to choose your seafood, preparation and sauces … (and) weight of preference,” said Kevin Sassano, Hilton’s food and beverage director. “Also, family-style dining is another option that appeals to our local guests and has a growing audience.”
In this 4-year old restaurant, you can enjoy fresh local fish every day. “It’s our concept and 90 percent of the menu pertains to only seafood,” Sassano said.
“We host an array of seafood ranging from Philippines, Japan, Australia,” he added. “Our fish market coupled with our static menu, allows our guests to choose a range of items – specifically to their taste and preparation preference.”
Fisherman’s Cove also hosts a variety of promotional nights, such as Bucket of Shrimp & Beer, Wednesdays Seafood Buffet with Free Flowing Beer, Tue-Days Tales of Lobster, New England Bake and Bang Bang Shrimp & Wine.
“Our restaurant is fun, energetic and delivers price per value,” Sassano said. “Our ambiance may not be on the water, however, we certainly make up for it with the amount of variety that we offer. Creative cocktails, knowledgeable staff and the open-visual kitchen adds to the entertainment.”
