Hilton Guam’s five eateries try to cater to all their guests’ favorite dessert needs with a Hilton twist. It boasts a dessert variety and flavors that are unique, special and versatile.

“Our sweets are popular among our international and local crowd,” says Carla Vy, marketing coordinator. “There are new desserts created every day and Hilton Guam is still constantly exploring the possibilities to surprise our visitors.”

Islander Terrace Buffet
Mexican-style sweet pumpkin empanadas on Wednesdays and savor the delicious French-style desserts on Sundays.

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 6:30 - 10:30 p.m.,   Sunday 6:30 - 10 a.m.

Caffé Cino
Caffé Cino provide great cheesecakes, chocolates cakes, milkshakes and a unique blend of tropical juices to pair with appetizing desserts.

Fisherman’s Cove
Fisherman’s Cove Seafood Restaurant has a delicious dessert menu after your seafood feast, including its highly recommended Banana Drama.

Roy’s Lounge
At the Roy’s Lounge, enjoy delicious dessert wines and Roy’s chocolate soufflé.

Tree Bar
For a tropical atmosphere, savor our crispy banana lumpias and pineapple crème brûlées with tropical dessert cocktails.
