GCC culinary students present international buffet on Oct. 12

Guam Community College Culinary Arts students in the International Cuisine and Fundamentals of Patisserie course taught by instructors Chef Bertrand Haurillon and Chef Suharto will present a lunch buffet on Monday, October 12, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. This one-time buffet menu will feature Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Thai cuisine that the students learned to prepare during this unique course offering. The cost is $10 per person, dine-in only. First come, first served, and no takeout will be available.
