Running for scholarships is officially a tradition!

The Guam Community College Foundation, First Hawaiian Bank, and the students of GCC’s Leadership class will host the 4th annual John K. Lee, Jr. Scholarship Fund 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at the Chamorro Village in Hagatna.

Early registration fee: $10 per adult / $7 GCC students and children under age 13
Group rate: $35 for a group of four
Check-in time: 5:00 a.m
Go time: 6:00 a.m.

Registration forms are available online at www.guamcc.edu and at Hornet Sporting Goods in Tamuning.

Proceeds from this annual 5K event will directly benefit GCC students in the form of scholarships in honor of the late John K. Lee, Jr., former First Hawaiian Bank Guam/CNMI Senior Vice President/ Region Supervisor and GCC Foundation board member.

The first 250 finishers will receive a free t-shirt, and included among the many raffle prizes is one United Economy roundtrip ticket from Guam to Micronesia, Asia, or Manila. For more information, please call Chris Gordon at 489-4260 or Danilo Bilong at 735-5554.
