Guam Summer Carnival and Night Market open
Hagatna, Guam. The Guam Liberation Historical Society and the 71sth Liberation Executive Committee has decided that with the recent weather reports and forecasts regarding Tropical Storm Chan-hom (09W) the Guam Summer Carnival and Night Market resumed its regular operations on Saturday, July 4th, and Sunday, July 5th as well.
All vendors and rides opened for regularly scheduled “fun”. The outlook called for scattered showers and parts of the grounds and parking areas were muddy so caution was needed.
Come and Enjoy Local and International Foods, Desserts, Treats, Sweets and Delicacies. Engage in fun Games of Skill and Chance, Casino, Bingo Bonanza, Caricature Painting, Novelties, Kids Rides and Amusement Rides, Agricultural Displays, Go-karts, Arts and Crafts, Zip Line, Balloons, Paintball and so much more. We will see you there.
**The regularly scheduled “Rockin In the U.S.A.” 9:00PM Independence Day Fireworks Celebration and Entertainment have all been rescheduled for Sunday, July 12th, 2015.
**The large Ferris wheel and Zipper ride are scheduled to arrive this week in port and should be up and operational in a few days. Thank you for your patience.
