Upper Tumon, GU (May 15, 2013)— Nissan Guam and the Guam Cycling Federation have partnered up for the Drag 4 Life: Mountain Bike Edition to take place on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Show time is 6:00 AM, and go time is 7:00 AM. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

The race will consist of multiple laps on a cross country course at the Two Lovers’ Point bike trail system. Each lap will be approximately four miles long, according to event organizer Dan Aponik.

Following the race, bragging rights will be up for grabs as a surprise event will put the bikers’ skills to the test.

Racer entrance fee is $15 and includes post-race refreshments and a dri-fit t-shirt for all finishers. Participants may register at Hornet Sporting Goods in Tamuning. Deadline to register is May 18 at 5:00 PM. No race-day registrations will be accepted.
