Recipes from Guam: BBQ Mahi Mahi
Quick & Easy Mahi-Mahi on the BBQ
- 2 lbs. whole Mahi with skin
- 2 Cups mayonnaise
- 2 lemons sliced
- 1 onion sliced
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cut slits in the mahi. Slice lemon and onions and lay inside of mahi. Spread mayonnaise mixture all over the mahi.
Wrap in aluminum foil. Place on grill and barbecue for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Yield: 4 servings
