The Shop Guam Festival, touted as the biggest shopping event in the Western Pacific, kicked off Nov. 1 and runs through Feb. 15. As the fourth annual event, this year’s island-wide festival of discounts and deals is more than a month longer than last year’s.

Over 200 special offers and discounts on retail, dining and entertainment are available exclusively during the Shop Guam Festival period, according to Josh Tyquiengco, Guam Visitors Bureau spokesman.
Participating businesses can be identified by their window decals, tent cards or banners.

In addition to being loaded with coupons, the booklet includes QR codes to help shoppers identify and locate all those deals.

It also details special offers available at each retailer, according to Guam Visitors Bureau. The mobile shopping guides are available in five different languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Russian and traditional as well as simplified Chinese).
