Tuna Poki Roll: A roll of tuna dipped in soy sauce and sesame oil
California Crunch Roll: A roll of avocado tempura with crab paste and spicy mayonnaise
Spicy Calamari Roll: Fried squid legs roll with spicy mayonnaise
Pacific Hot Roll: Minced tuna and Welsh onion roll with hot pepper paste
Crunchy Eel Roll: The roll of eel and pickled radish is put in batter and deep fried. In brief, tempura of roll sushi. Sample this with dashi broth.
Note: Benii uses chicken, beef and salad in making fusion sushi.
