The best buffets on the island! A full array of buffet items will satisfy all appetites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A different theme buffet from Seafood night to Mediterranian night is available nightly. Weekend Brunching is about indulging, endlessly... So with that in mind, we at the Islander Terrace added some new flavor to the Island's best Sunday Bubbles & Brunch, featuring a waffle and pancake "slider" station with benedicts "made to order".
Islander Terrace Dinner Theme Nights
6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday – The Med
Pasta, Escargot, Coq Au Vin, and Pizza – get your taste buds ready for the Med! A blend of French and Italian cuisine are sure to please every Sunday night at the Islander Terrace. Choose to make your own pizza and pasta or delight in the specialty of hot dishes from baked salmon, bouillabaisse, to ratatouille.
Monday – Land and Sea
Steak and lobster will highlight your land and sea adventure at the Islander Terrace. Enjoy dishes from beef stew, pork loin to grilled hanger steak, plus a selection of seafood items. Meat lovers and seafood lovers will enjoy the Steak and Lobster live cooking station
Tuesday – Island Life
The best dishes of the Pacific Islands are featured every Tuesday night at the Islander Terrace. The special feature of the evening is the whole roasted pig. Enjoy islandstyle food stations from the Kelaguen station to make your own Palabok station. Specialty island dishes to include Huli Huli Chicken, Kalua Pork, to Mahi Mahi Escabeche.
Wednesday – Street Food
Street food favorites are on display every Wednesday night at the Islander Terrace. The Mongolian stir-fry live station is the favorite plus an array of entrees to include Salt & Pepper shrimp, Karaage Calamari, to make your own Bibimbop and Shabu Shabu station. To top it off, enjoy the ice cream, pop corn and cotton candy station.
Thursday – Vietnam House
Specialty Vietnamese dishes from Pan Cake, Rice Roll, Spicy Beef Noodle, Beef Noodle Soup to everyday favorites of Fried Lumpia, and Fresh Lumpia will line the buffet. The combination of spices – basil and mint, lemon grass, ginger, cilantro, cinnamon and the traditional fish sauce give each dish its distinguished flavor.
Friday – Deep Blue Seas
Every Friday night at the Islander Terrace, enjoy our Deep Blue Seafood Night, with a full selection of fresh seafood from shrimp, crab, and mussels. Specialty dishes to include Mahi Mahi with coconut milk, Seafood Paella, to Shrimp Gumbo. It’s the perfect night for seafood lovers.
Saturday – Barbecue
Barbeque Saturday nights at the Islander Terrace include a Ribeye Bone-in carving station. Additional Barbecue dishes include grilled steak, grilled BBQ shrimp, to smoked chicken. Plus, enjoy a make your own fajita station with all the toppings.
