Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Michael Andrews Losea, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Det. Guam, in support of Commander, Task Force 75, secures the power steering gearbox on a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement tractor onboard Naval Base Guam, Feb. 14, 2018.

NMCB 11 provides expeditionary construction and engineering to include maintenance and operation of expeditionary bases and facilities, tactical sustainment bridging, humanitarian assistance through construction civic action details and civic action teams and theater disaster response capabilities in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
