U.S. Air Force Col. Carmelo Giovenco, 36th Contingency Response Group commander, uses medical equipment after a ribbon cutting ceremony May 9, 2018, at Northwest Field, Guam. The ceremony marked the opening of the satellite medical that will open a new avenue to health care for service members without taking away from the mission.
