INDIAN OCEAN (Aug. 26, 2016) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Kendra Pitts, a native of Mason, Michigan, aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), receives M240B weapons-handling training and qualifications on the aft quarterdeck to keep up underway readiness, Aug. 26.

Frank Cable is deployed to provide support services as needed to forward-deployed naval forces in the U.S. 5th Fleet and U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
