SANTA RITA, Guam (Sept. 14, 2018) - Chief Electronics Technician, Submarine (Navigation) Joel Baez, assigned to Performance Monitoring Team detachment (PMT det) Guam, receives his gold fouled anchor collar devices from Chief Electronics Technician, Submarine (Navigation) Michael Kowal, left, and Chief Electronics Technician, Submarine (Navigation) Benjamin Johnson, right, both assigned to Submarine Squadron (SUBRON) 15, during the commands’ Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony at the Naval Base Guam marina, Sept. 14. The ceremony recognized seven newly-pinned chiefs assigned to SUBRON 15, Los Angeles-class submarine USS Asheville (SSN 758), PMT det Guam, and Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific detachment Guam.
