KWAJALEIN ATOLL, Republic of the Marshall Islands (Oct. 19, 2016) Master Chief Petty Officer Chris Beck, Senior Enlisted Leader from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Detachment Guam, smiles as Seabee projects come in view during the approach to the island of Enniburr, Marshall Islands. Previous detachments built the water tower and shade structure visible on the pier, immeasurably improving island quality of life. Master Chief Beck and Lieutenant Commander Sterling Ingram are visiting the current detachment of Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD), Marshall Islands Seabees to check in with the progress of work and the well-being of Sailors at this remote atoll.
