Monday, February 12, 2018- (Hagatna, Guam) This morning, the Guam Legislature honored our island firefighters who are active military service members during a flag raising ceremony held at the Guam Congress Building.

Several firefighters from GFD, AAFB, Navy, Forestry, and ARFF attended the ceremony, which is held every month to honor the men and women who have served proudly as members of the United States Military.

The inaugural Veterans' Commemoration Flag Raising Ceremony was held in November of last year. The next flag raising ceremony is slated for Monday, March 12th, 2018.
