GCC Culinary Arts students present garde manger buffet on March 8
Students in GCC’s Culinary Arts program will present their Garde Manger final exam on Tuesday, March 8th, from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. in the GCC Multipurpose Auditorium. Pronounced “gard mahn-zhay,” the French term is used to describe cold foods. According to Chef Bertrand Haurillon, GCC Culinary Arts instructor, the Garde Manger Buffet is a cold food buffet where the students will be judged for their team work, the taste of the individual dishes, and for the artistry of the food display. The buffet price is $10 per person, dine-in only. No takeouts are available.

A cold Cauliflower soup
Assortment of Salads
Assortment Crudités with dips
Assortment Pâté and Seafood Terrine
Cold cuts Platter
Pork Loin in Aspic and fresh pickles
Assortment of Sushi
Fresh Fruit Platters
