Customers of the Northern Water System, Barrigada, Latte Heights, Mongmong- Toto-Maite, Mangilao, Route 15 and Yigo areas were notified on August 20,2026, of a potential problem with our drinking water and, while our distribution system samples indicated no contamination, out of an abundance of caution, customers were advised not to drink the water without boiling it first.

We are pleased to report that the potential problem has been corrected by providing an alternate source of water and that it is no longer necessary to boil the water before drinking it. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

As always, you may contact GWA’s Dispatch at 671- 646-4211 with any comments or questions. Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses).

You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.

This notice is being sent to you by GWA Northern System, State Water System ID#: GU0000006.
