Kamarin Joy Arriola Nelson crowned Guam Liberation Queen

As the result of the amount of raffle tickets sold by the three Liberation Queen candidates, Kamarin Joy Arriola Nelson of Santa Rita was named the 74th Guam Liberation Queen. Nelson was crowned during a public coronation on June 17 at the Guam Museum.

A certain percentage of the funds raised will be given back to the candidates and her sponsor. Then net proceeds will cover the raffle prizes and expenses related to the Queen’s and Royal Court activities. Any further funds remaining will be utilized to support other 74th Liberation festivities. We thank everyone who supported the candidates. Raffle tickets will continue to be sold up to the raffle drawing on July 29, where the grand prize will be $10,000.
