SANTA RITA, Guam (June 14, 2019) - Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Guam and Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly constructed shower and restroom facility at Fantasy Island on Polaris Point, June 14. The 368 square-foot facility, provides the nearby MWR campground with a usable restroom facility and eliminates the need for a portable toilet on the campground. The facility is complete with plumbing and is solar powered. While the project improves the campground for use by patrons and makes for more desirable recreation activities at Fantasy Island, it also provides the Seabees of NMCB-133 with valuable training and experience in concrete construction and underground utilities. NMCB 133 is homeported in Gulfport, Mississippi.
