NMCB 1 Det. Guam Conducts RIP/TOA with NMCB 133

30th Naval Construction Regiment

SANTA RITA, Guam (July 31, 2020) - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 det. Guam place their unit symbol at the headquarters building following a Relief in Place / Transfer of Authority (RIP/TOA) ceremony on Camp Covington, Naval Base Guam. NMCB 1 det Guam was relieved by NMCB 133 det. Guam during the ceremony.
