Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Det. Guam relieve NMCB 133, Det. Guam during a change-of-charge ceremony at the Camp Covington chapel, Feb. 19, 2018. Naval Mobile Construction Battalions provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities to include maintenance and operation of expeditionary bases and facilities, tactical sustainment bridging, humanitarian assistance through construction civic action details and civic action teams and theater disaster response capabilities in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
