U.S. Navy Builder Constructionman Paul Richardson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, shapes cement during the finishing of a generator retaining wall on Naval Base Guam December 13, 2017. NMCB-133 is forward deployed, ready to support Major Combat Operations, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations. They provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
