Opening of the War Survivors Memorial Exhibit June 28

Senator Régine Biscoe Lee, in coordination with Speaker Tina Rose Muña Barnes, on behalf of I Mina’trentai Singko na Liheslaturan Guåhan, invites the public to the Opening of the War Survivors Memorial Exhibit, entitled Guam’s Wall of Strength: Names Never Forgotten, to be displayed at the Guam Congress Building lobby on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

The travelling exhibit complements the wall at the Asan Memorial Park with the names of over 15,000 individuals who either suffered and died during World War II or survived the war over 70 years ago, corresponding to the same panels as the original.

The Exhibit will remain open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., until August 30, 2019, with adjusted hours forthcoming.
