Programmatic Agreement (PA) Memo related to a Military Relocation Project is open for public comments through June 8

ASAN, Guam – Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas announced today the start of a 45-day public comment period for new information about proposed utility upgrades to the Harmon Substation in support of the Marine Corps Realignment to Guam. The comment period for the Programmatic Agreement (PA) Memo #1 for Project P-102 Harmon Power Upgrade is June 8, 2017 (Chamorro Standard Time). 

Comments may be submitted to the criwebcomment@navy.mil

The purpose of this project is to provide critical utility upgrades which will extend from the Harmon Substation to the Andersen Air Force Base Main Station. Utility upgrades are necessary in advance of proposed military construction. 

PA Memos provide an opportunity for interested members of the public to participate in the Section 106 consultation process required under the National Historic Preservation Act.
