SANTA RITA, Guam (July 17, 2018) - Military Sealift Command civilian mariner 3rd Mate Darrel Tracy, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), explains how to use a sextant to members of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps during a ship tour, July 17. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions deployed U.S. Naval Forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
