U.S. Naval Base Guam Frocking Ceremony June 2019

SANTA RITA, Guam (June 7, 2018) — Sailors assigned to U.S. Naval Base Guam get their new crows tacked on as they advance to the next pay-grade during a frocking ceremony at the base theater, June 7. “Tacking on the crow" involves Sailors stitching on the petty officer rating badge to the sleeve of a newly-advanced Sailor, representing their rate and new rank.
