30th COVID-19-related death reported on Guam

The Joint Information Center was notified that Guam’s thirtieth COVID-19-related fatality occurred at the Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH) Sept. 17 at approximately 1:37 a.m. (ChST). The patient was a 72-year-old male and had underlying health conditions.

USS Frank Cable sailors and family reunite in Guam

POLARIS POINT, Guam – Sailors and civilian mariners of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), returned to their homeport of Naval Base Guam on Jan. 23.

Frank Cable, which departed Guam March 6, 2017, completed maintenance, renewal and repairs which returned the 40 year-old ship to its designed mission capabilities.
