GCC to host jobs presentation for persons with disabilities on Feb. 21

The Office of Accommodative Services of Guam Community College (GCC) and its community partner, Pacific Human Resources Services (PHRS), are hosting a free presentation about employment training opportunities for high school and college students with disabilities on Wednesday, February 21 from 9:00am – 10:30am in the GCC Student Center Building, 1st floor, Room 5108.

This presentation will cover training opportunities, the process involved, contact persons, etc.

“We are highly encouraging high school Transition Team members, CRTs, counselors, parents of students with disabilities, students with disabilities, advocates, and service providers to attend,” said John Payne, GCC Accommodative Services Program Specialist. Payne added that there will be a question and answer period after the presentation.
