Carving Station: Roasted Pig with Pickled Papaya, Roasted Duck with Hoisin/Plum Sauce, and Char Siu Pork.
Dim Sum Station: Enjoy Pork Shumai, Chicken Feet, Hargow, BBQ Steam Buns, and more.
