Recipe: Zucchini apple bread with crumble topping

Ingredients:

4 eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp salt

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp lime zest

1 cup vegetable oil

1 grated large apple

1 grated zucchini

Crumble topping:

1 cup light brown sugar

2 cups flour

1 cup unsalted melted butter (2 sticks)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350, combine zucchini apple ingredients in a large bowl. Spray 2 standard loaf baking containers with non-stick grease and pour the mixture. Add crumble topping on top and bake for 45 minutes in the oven. Adjust heat and baking time depending on oven settings and loaf containers (foil, glass, etc.)
