With stress levels at an all-time high, consider sipping on some of these delicious cocktails as a stress reliever. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent and current homeschool teacher or a medical professional with more patients than can be managed, these delightful drinks are sure to take the edge off!

Quarantinis - This will not actually cure any ailments you may or may not have, but it will taste really good!

Start to finish: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

3 ounces vodka (or gin)

2 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 packet powdered vitamin C

Instructions:

Add 2 cups of ice to a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice and honey to shaker. Shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist if desired. If you want to add vitamin C, you can add it directly to the shaker when you add the rest of the ingredients or you can rim the chilled martini glass with it.
