This Saturday at the former “Josie’s Express Restaurant” space at the co-op:
UOG will be giving free samples of feral swine sausage as part of a taste test survey.
All are welcome to participate.

Come help our research team at the UOG Land Grant agInnovation Research Center gather data about consumers’ perception of sausages made with feral swine meat vs. store-bought pork. Participants will be asked to taste-test samples and then fill out a sensory evaluation.
