UOG Workshop: Learn to safely prepare dairy yogurt at home Feb. 1

University of Guam

This workshop aims to teach participants how to use fermentation to make delicious yogurt at home. Yogurt is full of probiotics that promote gut-health with various biological properties. The participants will do on-hand practice to make various qualities of yogurt using different methods and recipes. Yogurt is relatively expensive on Guam due to importation. Home-made yogurt is cheaper, healthier, and fresh with less sugar. Making yogurt at home is convenient, fun, and an enjoyable experience.
