Richard Dechant

Dechant led the rebuild of $1.4 million Unit Type Code pallets which were utilized in the successful completion of a Pacific Command deployment mission involving six security forces members.

He was also handpicked to emcee the 36th Wing Quarterly Awards Ceremony, recognizing achievements of 65 Andersen top performers.

Dechant utilized his certification as a resiliency coach to bolster 50 First Term Airmen's and squadron member's ability to deal with stress, which led to his selection as the squadron's Top IV Unsung Hero Award winner for the month of April.

He values spending time with his seven nieces and three nephews.
