36th Communications Squadron plans and implementations NCO in charge

Richichi managed 138 military and civilian members in the command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence planning, as well as the execution of 51 base construction projects worth $1.1 billion.

He is charged with overseeing the integration of Northwest Field and main base cyber transport infrastructure in preparation for future joint and multinational missions.

Richichi oversees 1,200 annual Information Technology requirements in support of the 36th Wing, United States Navy and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense mission, all leading to the 36th CS earning the 2014 Lieutenant General Grant Award as "Best Small Communications Squadron" in the Air Force.

He enjoys spending time at the shooting range, which has earned him the nickname "Smoke Wagon."
