I had the pleasure of venturing out on Father's Day at the Lago Cafe Restaurant with the specific purpose of trying out some of my friend, Chef Donn Gueniot's Father's Day Brunch & BBQ Extravaganza creations. I met Chef Donn on Saipan and he's now the new Chef at Lago Cafe.

I have to give a nod to MBJ for a small feature on developments in Yigo, with new establishments like Cafe Panadero, KFC, and VietBowl, which really caught my eye since there was a mention of a certain Vietnamese delicacy, Banh Mi (the Vietnamese Sandwich).

One thing about the Pacific Star Cafe is that they are always innovating and changing their food service offerings! For $25.00 they have set a new bar for quality and value! I had a chance to dine there this week and was surprised, pleased, and delighted by the array of dishes available for your dining pleasure.

This is really "hot off the press"!! I was "kidnapped" today...in a fashion. Our neighbor near our business is United Tire and its owner, Joseph Hsu saw me in the parking lot and invited me to lunch (he was already in his car when he stopped me and got me in his car)! We were going to a friend's new restaurant that was opening in GCC!

We had the opportunity to try out a few of the recently introduced dinner creations at Bistro, one of the island’s premiere casual fine dining destinations. If you arrive just before sunset you will be captivated by the view of Tumon Bay and Two Lover’s Point just over the sprawling verdant waterpark below.
