It’s been about four months since Sam’s Steak & Seafood opened its doors to a very appreciative stable of regular and new customers who try to get there early to secure a table before the rush of customers arrives, creating a waiting list of 35 - 45 minutes.

I can’t remember the exact day when I had my first chicken salad sandwich on a toasted baguette at Hava Java Cafe. It could have been sometime after owner Carol Ragan introduced her “Make Me A Sandwich” menu in the Spring of 2001. I do know that it is one of my all-time favorite sandwiches and what I consider a comfort lunch.

I finally was able to honor a year old commitment to come and try the great food at The Cafeteria. Owner and chef, Aileem Euh Cruz, had purchased some chef coats at our store and I had told her I would come by and try their food and I finally did! It was not planned as I was in the neighborhood and it was just before lunch.

Dynamic Tunisian Chef Adam Sebouai has returned to the Pacific Star Cafe to create a fabulous selection of savory Tunisian classics that will tantalize and satisfy your palate.

The Aqua Resort Club Saipan recently held the opening of its newly-renovated Vino Spanish Bar (formerly Vino Bar) which features Saipan’s first tapas menu paired with a fabulous selection of wines. A private VIP invitation-only launch event introduced island dignitaries and customers to the Vino Spanish Bar on Friday, July 17.
