Dusit Thani earns Silver Award from Rakuten Travel

(Tumon, Guam March 2019) - Dusit Thani Guam Resort celebrated its third year in a row as a Rakuten Travel Silver Award recipient during a recent ceremony held at the hotel’s Royal Ballroom.

The Silver Award recognition is based on five criteria to include: Gross Revenue, Room Nights Sold, Share Ratio, Year over Year Performance and Customer Satisfaction.

Rakuten Travel Award winners represent the best of their kind, hotels that gained high rate of customers' satisfaction and achieved remarkable success through their hard work and the Japanese "spirit of omotenashi (hospitality)".
