Bring your little ghosts and goblins to the Hagåtña Library for a fun and festive afternoon! The Guam Public Library System is hosting a special Halloween Story Time & Costume Parade for children and families.

This free event features engaging story time readings, followed by an exciting costume parade where children can show off their spooky, silly, or spectacular outfits. It’s a safe, festive, and educational way to celebrate Halloween on Guam!
