Join the Office of the Governor and DPR for a frightfully fun evening of trick-or-treating at the Paseo Grounds in Hagåtña! On Wednesday, October 29, from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., we’ll have candy, food, and plenty of activities, including the GovGuam Canopy Decorating Contest and our annual Costume Contest. Don’t miss this spooky community event!
