Event Description: The Pay-Less Markets Community Foundation is excited to host the 30th Annual Pay-Less Kick the Fat 5K/10K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair! As Guam’s largest 5K, Kick the Fat brings the island together to move, sweat, and celebrate healthy living—no matter your pace or fitness level.
This milestone year, celebrating 30 years since 1996, we’re turning up the energy with fireworks, cheer squads, and a family-fun health expo. Whether you take on the scenic 3-mile course to Adelup or the 6-mile challenge, proceeds will benefit local non-profit organizations.
Registration & Swag: Participants will receive:
Exclusive 30th Anniversary KTF Reusable Bag
Chip-timed racing and refreshments
Shirts: 2,500 Kick the Fat 5K shirts and 500 10K singlets made exclusively by Run Guam (distributed at packet pickup).
Prizes:
Grand Prize: Two winners will receive one Economy Class Roundtrip Ticket to any Southeast Asian destination where Philippine Airlines flies (courtesy of Goodwind Travel & Tour).
Other Prizes: Paradise Fitness memberships, a one-night stay at Leo Palace, $500 in Pay-Less Gift Cards, and school cash prizes.
