The Tsubaki Tower, Guam’s newest luxury property, is due to open in March 2020.

Located along the shores of stunning Gun Beach, the 27-story resort will be perched at the highest point of Tumon Bay, offering guests panoramic views of Guam’s famous sunsets and the warm blues of the Pacific Ocean. The resort will be nestled in the northern part of Tumon Bay, where nature and tranquility perfectly coexist with the tourism district’s famous shopping centers, restaurants and nightlife.

The Tsubaki Tower will feature 340 breathtaking ocean-front rooms, all within walking distance of Guam’s most beautiful white-sand beaches and a world-class marine preserve. The hotel will feature two dining outlets and bars, a lobby lounge, a deli, a club lounge, swimming pools, meeting facilities, a garden plaza, a multifunction room and a chapel on the top floor. The newest high-end resort will serve as a landmark for the local culture and modern luxury.

The Concept
A stay at The Tsubaki Tower will be a journey through Guam’s natural beauty and unique history. The Tsubaki Tower’s mission is to be an authentic ambassador of Guam’s culture. It will be a place where guests can feel special through the resort’s attentive service; a place to proudly belong as they connect to the culture and history of the land; and a place where they can keep discovering and experiencing the best of what the island has to offer.

This spirit of hospitality was created through the hotel’s four fundamental concepts: Discoveries, Belonging, Wonder and Serenity. The Tsubaki Tower was conceptualized to reflect Guam’s cosmopolitan atmosphere while offering unique experience the island’s ancestral traditions of storytelling, reciprocity, warmth and openness. The Tsubaki Tower is the pathfinder to Guam’s new wonderous beauties, and it invites its guests to enjoy this exclusive and memorable Guamanian experience.

Reservations can be made beginning in the fall of 2019, and more information about The Tsubaki Tower’s rooms, amenities and food and beverage concepts will be released at that time.
