Experience the Spirit of the Pacific at Piti’s Premier Sea Festival Join us on April 18 & 19, 2026, at Santos Park, Piti, for a weekend dedicated to the ocean that sustains us. I Rikesan I Tasi—The Richness of the Sea—is a celebration of Guam’s seafaring soul, blending ancient Chamorro traditions with modern marine adventure.

Cultural Immersion: Watch master weavers and rope-makers at work, and explore seafaring exhibits that tell the story of the Mariana Islands. Taste of Guam: Compete in or witness the Chef-Judged Fish Kelaguen Competition, a local delicacy that is a must-try for any food-focused traveler. Action & Adventure: From the Mini Regatta to the high-stakes Paddling Competition, there is pulse-pounding action for spectators and participants alike.
