(Thursday, December 24, 2020) – On Dec. 23, the Calvo’s Insurance team was busy in their Hagåtña office handwriting special Christmas cards that would accompany surprise gifts for Harvest House – California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) gift certificates for pizza dinners – for each of Guam’s 37 foster families.

The Calvo’s team enlisted the help of CPK, a Calvo's Lifestyle Club partner, to help turn the gift certificates into a memorable meal for the families. In addition to the gift certificate, CPK will provide a complimentary appetizer for each family.

“We wanted to bring Christmas cheer to families this year, and we teamed up with an incredible organization that helped us to accomplish this goal,” said Paul A. Calvo, President and CEO of Calvo’s Insurance Underwriters. “Harvest House provides physical, spiritual, and emotional support for Guam’s foster families. We can all agree that foster parents are everyday heroes for the work that they do to nurture children in need. This is a gift that they could enjoy as a family to create positive holiday memories.
