In a historic first visit by the Sgt. Maj. of the Army, SMA Michael Weimer visited with military leaders and Soldiers on Guam last week, listening to concerns and addressing questions in the field. In addition to encouraging the troops to stay ready as warfighters, he also expressed the need to defend Guam in a way that balances the needs of the community and the environment.
