If studying Japanese is one of your goals, a local school is offering you the opportunity to accomplish it.

The Japanese School of Guam is offering a special two-semester, 60-class language and culture program taught by native instructors especially for adult locals.

Classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays from August 19- Dec. 16 for the first semester and January through May for the second semester (dates TBA). Tuition is $525 per semester not including books.

Completion of the program enables students to participate in the “Japan Study Trip” in May 2025 for a separate cost. The trip allows students to explore and make use of their language skills while they enjoy Japan with their course instructors.

The Japanese School of Guam was founded in 1989 and offers Japanese and local students a place to study language with native teachers. The school utilizes the same curriculum and textbooks as Japanese public schools for students from kindergarten through ninth grade.

Check out this special program and start working toward meeting your Japanese language study goal this year!
