The University of Guam Theatre announces its next production: a new inclusive musical, The Prom, by Chad Beguelin and Bob Martin.
“UOG Theatre is proud to be able to bring a meaningful story about a LGBTQ+ identity to the community of Guam,” says Troy McVey, director, “and we are especially proud to be partnering with Equality Guam, GALA Guam, and Triton’s Pride Alliance to make this possible.”

Performance Dates: November 7-9 and 14-16
Times: All Performances begin at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Synopsis:
The Prom, an award-winning musical with a recent Netflix adaptation, is a who about acceptance, autonomy, and allyship. Emma, a shay good-hearted teenager in Indiana, wants to ask her girlfriend to the prom, but the PTA has other plans. Cue a group of failing Broadway stars to the “rescue”!
